Easter 2023 in Todi - Borgo Petroro
On the occasion of Easter, Borgo Petroro opens its doors to the Spring: the flowerbeds of the Borgo come alive with new colors, and Life wake up everywhere in our gardens and olive threes field.
For this reason we have thought of an inclusive package of moments linked to tradition, such as the Easter lunch, and other more jovial ones, such as the Easter Monday brunch: an open-air lunch menu by Chef Oliver Glowig in the suggestive setting of our medieval Square. Furthermore, for couples and families, the Maitre Chocolatier Nicola Maramigi will offer an artisanal chocolate creation course, while the Urbevetis Falconis company will use our panoramic olive grove as a flight field for the show of the birds of prey of the falconer Leonardo Sciarra!
The Package Includes
- Two or Three nights in a Classic or Suite room;
- Saturday 08 April at 3.30 pm, chocolate making course with the Maitre Chocolatier Nicola Maramigi, who will illustrate the techniques of tempering chocolate and creating artisanal chocolates. At the end of the course, each participant will receive a certificate and an Easter gift with chocolate eggs;
- Sunday 09 (09.30-11.30), the falconer Leonardo Sciarra of Urbevetis Falconis will perform a falconry activity, from the introduction to the discipline to teaching, for young and old in our splendid panoramic olive grove;
- From 13.00 on Sunday 09, the Locanda Petreja will be the setting for the special Easter lunch with a five-course gourmet menu by Chef Oliver Glowig (→ menu available here)
- Monday 10 April, from 12.00 to 16.00: “Easter Monday lunch in the square”, with a large buffet menu with all the drinks included (→ menu available here)
